Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of workplace.hr and the services Converge Software d.o.o. (“we”, “us”) provides through it. By signing up for the waitlist or using any free tool you agree to be bound by these terms.
Free tools
The salary calculator, holiday optimiser, and other free tools are provided as-is, without warranty. The figures they return are estimates based on publicly-available tax data, updated quarterly. They are not legal or financial advice. Always verify against an official source before making decisions.
Waitlist
By joining the waitlist you authorise us to email you about the product launch and any updates we deem relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation to purchase the product, and does not guarantee access to early-access tiers.
Account and payment (post-launch)
When the paid product launches:
- You own your data. Export, deletion, and portability are non-negotiable rights.
- Pricing is locked for waitlist members. The price you signed up at applies for as long as your subscription remains active and continuous.
- Cancellation is always one click away in account settings. We never require contacting support to cancel.
- Refunds are pro-rata for the unused portion of any pre-paid period, no questions asked, within 12 months of payment.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Process data in violation of EU law (GDPR, AML, etc.).
- Send unsolicited bulk email through the platform’s mailbox.
- Reverse-engineer the API or systematically scrape the public site.
- Attempt to defeat security measures or rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice unless suspension is necessary to protect other users.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
